The Giants are a race of mountain dwellers, great and massive before men. They were created by Garmi, the God of Defiance and Summer, to be heroes among men. However, in a cosmic twist, they defied their own nature and their creator, becoming a monastic, spiritual people. They were the ninth race created by The Gods. While they have several places in which they live, these are usually the homes of other races, and they themselves belong to the city of Ofarliga, in The Southern Mountains.
