Efst is the highest area in The Southern Mountains, and is the sacred grounds of Nayaka, the Spirit of the Hero. It is rarely visited as it is held sacred, especially to the Zilfin, though some travelers will venture there regardless, to find an area where the snow is light and blends with the white flowers of the fields, a series of floating hills and waterfalls, with a floating castle at the center of it. It is only accessible through a path from Ofarliga .
